Sorry, meant to say north of Fulton.OK. Doing some extremely rough traffic analysis using NYSDOT traffic counts, a single-lane Bedford Avenue might be about 5 percent over capacity at Myrtle Avenue, the heaviest cross street, in the morning peak hour assuming no traffic diverts to parallel streets or other modes. Classon, meanwhile, would only be carrying half its capacity if reduced to a single lane. |
