I was talking about the bus lane once SBS is instituted. I know there is none now.

There won't be a bus lane with SBS, either. It was eliminated from Bedford Avenue between Fulton and DeKalb.

June may be the highest month. It certainly isn't July as these counts claim meaning they are inaccurate and are underestimating demand.

"They" aren't anything. It's raw data. I only used it to estimate operations because it's publicly available (and I used a count closer to Myrtle Avenue that was taken in October). The MTA analyzed 28 intersections using turning movement counts (slide 15), and none were over capacity.

When the lane on Classon is eliminated, the street will carry nearly half the capacity. How will the lane elimination double the capacity? Traffic has to become more congested with Bedford traffic diverted there and one lane less.

I didn't say removing the lane would double capacity; I said it would be at about 50 percent capacity after the lane is removed. That means it's about a quarter capacity now. Yes, it would become more "congested" if traffic from Bedford diverts there; ideally, they would both be at roughly 70-75 percent capacity.
