Veolia was indeed the one that said the talks were productive, but The union head didn't say anything to make it seem they didn't think they weren't productive.As the union head said the union and Veolia "are now in a race against the clock," which to me sounds like if they can't get a deal then buses won't run, that doesn't exactly say that talks aren't productive between the two. |
