But many senior citizens have access to a TV, radio, or the daily newspapers. This was the story for all news outlets prior to the beginning of the public hearings.The only thing I could see the MTA doing would be to hand out pamphlets on each bus line prior to the public hearings and, once the service reductions were approved, redistribute updated pamphlets. |
