You forget, many senior citizens do not have a computer or know how to use one and do not have access to the MTA website. The signs on the buses were really inadequate with its 12 point font. Did you try to read it on a moving bus? Also you had to read the whole thing to find out if your route was included and then the changes for the routes were not described. The heading on the sign mad it appear that just service was being reduced not that entire routes or partial routes would be eliminated reflecting the severity of the situation. |
