Wow, they are not fans of private enterprise on Staten Island, are they. Is Atlantic Express service THAT bad? Besides, it seems like they are just going with the fact that they don't want to pay for that particular transit service...The overhead for Atlantic Express may honestly be cheaper than what MTA would charge for service on those routes. |
