The PM X17A has the highest load factor in all of MTA land. You won't find one with less than 40 pax.I knew this. After all I actually USED this route. Again, I'm willing to make a compromise based on consolidating or eliminating routes based on ridership. However, to blindly state that all express buses are a waste is wrong. |
