Certain express stations will have to be skipped during rush hour for safety reasons. People need to learn that most locals aren't that slow.However, you are missing one crucial point: The more stops a train skips, the less turnover it has, and turnover is absolutely essential in mass transit to cut down on expenses. An answer may be to shorten lines off-peak or weekends. But I'm not sure if having express stations skipped for safety reasons is a good idea...sorry, but turnover is more important. |
