Every time the train enters the station the brakes screech.Obviously you haven't used metrorail during the entire 32 year history of its operation. Back in the early 1980s the brakes on metrorail were louder then the brakes on a freight train. The cause of the screeching brakes had to do with the composition of the materials used in the brake pads WMATA procured to replace the brake pads that had asbestos in them.
