Well said, obviously if NYCT had the luxury to shut down the system for at least 4-5hrs a day for 365 days a week, not only would the stations get the cleaning they need, but the trains would get the rest for a few hours and some repairs or basic cleaning [not to mention make it an inconvenience for the bums to make a home out of the trains plus a chance to kick them out of the system for at least a few hours]. But of course that's never going to happen... |
