Not you...somebody else. But for an item under "review", this sure got a lot of hits.

But on your subject, all the 6000s had cabs that dressed down to allow for public seating and use. The 1-50s didn't. The Pullman 2000s also allowed for passenger use of the cab, but operating procedures usually kept the cab in the last car locked, With the 2400 series cars in the late 70s, the dedicated motorman cabs came to the CTA.

As to standing, CTA rules are more stringent, motormen were required to stand through interlockings, on curves, through work zones. Many motormen stood the entire route, sort of leaned against the window and car body.
