True, but if you're not allowed to be there, you're not allowed to photograph the area, since you have to be there to click the pic. The restriction on you being there is a defacto ban on photography. Of course, the cops Nilet had issues with during this incident did not specifically state this, they continue to act as if it's the photography that's at issue. |
