I have heard Triox used to refer to this by some divers. However, you are correct in that triox should be a synonym for ozone. Most subway riders have smelled it because when trains do their arcing thing with third rail, some ozone is made.

"Personally I have used air for almost all of my dives. I prefer to decompress rather than use Nitrox, as I have good air consumption"

As a careful and disciplined diver, this is always the best way to go. Bu if you can afford trimix (agreed it's expensive) it does have advantages.
