"Light rail can be useful when it goes places that buses can't go."That would mean that in Philly, the Line 15 Trolley and the discontinued 23 and 56 lines shoul never be run, because buses can go where the trolley goes. I happen to think reactivating the 23 is not a good idea, but I support the operation of the 15 and I'd want SEPTA to rebuildd and reintroduce the 56 trolley. |
