Queens Blvd can afford to loose (sic) a lane in each direction.I disagree, although they can remove the parking on the left side of the service road and eat into the median, that might be fine. Ironically I feel that Woodhaven Blvd could stand to lose a lane in each direction, though unnecessary with the Rockaway Line of course. |
