Hey Ron do you have any idea how long it takes to train C/R's and T/O's?Another Point what about the Tower Operators? You are gonna fire them too? Signal Maintainers, shit-can them as well? Track Workers, Clip them also? Thrid Rail,Give em Pink Slips? Infrastructure, give them thier last paychecks? Power and Lighting fire em all? Lets not forget about Surface Operations... The are ALL in TWU local 100.. Ron RTO for the LAST time is not all about T/O's and C/R's you better start doing some more research there... P.S it takes TIME to Properly TRAIN all of the Titles i just mentioned... Not to mention you think its easy learning how to be a Signal Maintainer? Or working with Third rails? Or Power and Lighting? Even a C/R and T/O training takes at least 4 to 5 months of Schoolcar and Posting, so-called "Easy Jobs"(Especially T/O) that Collage Graduates have trouble making it Past Schoolcar... Use some common sense here Ron stop being so biased.. |
