TWU contracts run until superceded on their schedules, in this case from 2002 until present, not until it expired without a renewal. By your statement, if it is right for TA to not honor an expired agreement because the union went on strike, then why not throw management in jail and annuling the existing pre strike contract for not honoring the OPTO agreement where Adelman told TA they had to keep C/Rs on the long trains? In that case TA violated the PERB agreements to binding arbitration. What do you know about the Taylor LAw in Kansas, do you even have Taylors in Kansas? |
