"Second Avenue and the 50th St ventilation plant for ESA shows that the MTA is capable of fighting misinformation NIMBYs create,"There was very little NIMBY for the SAS per se (not zero, of course), but the ventilation plant is drawing NIMBY attention. I hope MTA wins that fight. |
