I know it's not easy solution, not one that should be executed anytime soon anyway. But if the City or MTA is serious about doing anything with that ROW (which belongs to all of us, just like Yelowstone Park), then any encroachment needs to be removed and the property returned to public use in full, be it a rail-link, a trail or both. |
