Yes, unlike the LOwer Montauk, the Bay Ridge line is a grade separated, FOUR track ROW (yes, downgraded years ago to basically one track).The freight can't be thrown off, as it's necessary, but the ROW is amble enough for two freight and two rapid transit tracks. |
