How so? The ROW is currently an improved, grade eliminated rail line up on an enbankment. You would have to tear the entire enbankment down, and then go further yet if they want it under ground, not to mentione tunneling or cut and covering over the intersections which now have a rail tressle over them, would need to have a tunnel under them.That's totally dead in the water. |
