I agree with you.IMHO the Rockaway ROW should be converted to at least subway operation. The line would be extended to LGA as a subway line under Junction Blvd. Restoring the ROW to LIRR use would be a big mistake as the LIRR doesn't have the for capacity past Rego Park. |
