It would never happen because of the NIMBY's as stated above, but they do need to do something. Woodhaven is getting way too congested with all of the new houses going up along side of it. I think it might be easier (less Nimby) to build some type of rail link on or under Woodhaven and link it between Queens Blvd & the Howard Beach station.
