Yes, the rebuilds have not been so great, and this is largely due to Alstom, not WMATA, from what I understand. They are getting better MDBF rates on those cars now than they used to, but the rehabbed cars were breaking down more frequently than their unrehabbed counterparts. |

The last numbers I recall, for November and December 2006 were something like 87k miles and 94k miles respectively, which I think led the WMATA fleet at that time. |
