I recommend checking out Brightview Senior living in Pt Jefferson. They have independent apartment or any form of assisted living you would need. I'm contemplating a move back to NY and relocating there. I have family on Long Island so I wouldnt be far from company. |

We're buildingba 6500 sq ft layout in Dix Hills. As an offshoot of that, we were building home layouts commercially. About 3 years ago, I builtna layout for a movie company. I spent 2 weeks on set, working with Zack Braff and Morgan Freeman. I even got screen credits in the film. Ot certainly has been an adventure. |

Unfortunately due to the snow, one scheduled for Tuesday was postponed.Most of the ones I go to we don't drink liquor or beer because of randoms while we worked, We just never got into it, because we were used to not indulging. I have been out 12 years, the best 12 years of my life. I had high blood pressure while on the job, that has gone away. Sure, lots of aches and pains, arthritis a bad case of neuropathy where I have a device implanted in my back that gives physical therapy like impulses down my legs into my feet. I've had my left knee replaced just before Covid and I am scheduled for the right knee to be replaced on March 25th, pending various pre surgery testing and getting all the I's dotted and T's crossed. I am not looking forward to post-op. I was in tremendous pain after the first one and expect more agony after this one. Plus I won't be able to drive to get to physical therapy and Mrs. Bill from Maspeth doesn't. |

Me and the Mrs., at 73 and 72 y/o, are having a hard time getting up and down the stairs.We'll see what happens going forward. We have bad neighbors to the left of us. It's a known drug infested residence by the 104th Pct. The house looks like shyt affecting my resale value, if that house burns down and takes mine with it, as we are seperated by a narrow alley. |
