Unfortunately due to the snow, one scheduled for Tuesday was postponed. Most of the ones I go to we don't drink liquor or beer because of randoms while we worked, We just never got into it, because we were used to not indulging. I have been out 12 years, the best 12 years of my life. I had high blood pressure while on the job, that has gone away. Sure, lots of aches and pains, arthritis a bad case of neuropathy where I have a device implanted in my back that gives physical therapy like impulses down my legs into my feet. I've had my left knee replaced just before Covid and I am scheduled for the right knee to be replaced on March 25th, pending various pre surgery testing and getting all the I's dotted and T's crossed. I am not looking forward to post-op. I was in tremendous pain after the first one and expect more agony after this one. Plus I won't be able to drive to get to physical therapy and Mrs. Bill from Maspeth doesn't. |
