I got to TD-02 only a few years after the incident. The cops who were in that Command at the time said that nobody on TAPD was "in a hurry" to apprehend the suspect, as they felt that it would lower the crime number s a la Death Wish. The NYPD were the ones in a hurry to get a body for the press. |

Notice most of the times they dont say anything about the victim? Or they'll say "there was an argument"? Remember when they let out all those criminals a few years back? Streets are always watching.
