Yall would be surprised how many of those "Types" are out there...Ill say this some of these "subway random" crimes... Aren't so random.... Notice most of the times they dont say anything about the victim? Or they'll say "there was an argument"? Remember when they let out all those criminals a few years back? Streets are always watching.
