Between Ditmas and 9th Avenue, the line would likely be two levels of single track, to Manhattan/railroad north on the upper level, from Manhattan/railroad south on the lower level until just before 9th Avenue lower level to the south. This I'd do as an extension of the (W) into a full-time line to Astoria and Stilwell though possibly cut back late nights to Whitehall with the (R) (also possibly run late nights as a shuttle between Ditmas and 9th Avenue or Whitehall). | |
