If you're doing an apples to apples comparison of a route with a fixed number of riders, then no matter if you use buses or light-rail, you could have the same exact stops/stations and the same exact fare payment and enforcement procedures. |

Light Rail is basically a train, usually only damn near bizzards conditions cripple rail service, a little slush and bus service is damn near FUBAR'd lol.I'll never a couple of years ago when we had a light winter storm and my subway commute on an open cut outdoor line was fine, then found out people on several different bus routes had rough commutes cause of the storm. |

POP works without reference to wheel or power source.5. SF Muni has many streetcar (Light Rail) stops marked by a paint stripe on the tarmac and on a light pole. L Wish I could agree, but poorly managed streetcars like San Jose's are slow, circuitous, and do not adhere to schedule very well in my riding experience. |
