Actually:In the daytime, 46th/Market has become much safer. That neighborhood is slowly becoming more gentrified as Penn (and Drexel) continue to expand. Going west of there, I would still be careful, especially west of 52nd. I still would not be crazy of 46/Market at night, but even then the area is considerably better than it once was. |
