Yes, 46th/Market has become FAR better in recent years. The Penn-Drexel expansion has already gone as far south as it could for the most part, and now going north and west are more and more the only options (in fact, many of Drexel's athletic fields are now at 43rd-44th and Market/Powelton Avenue).That neighborhood still has some ways to go, but it's a far cry from where it was even just in say 2005 as opposed to now. |
