The mind boggles at the thought of how many staff hours were expended, plus the cost, to produce what is obviously a draft document, given the schedule outlined in Attachment C.I would be embarrassed by numerous spelling errors: "implimentation", "guiding principal" (should be "principle"), and "dependant". Section 6-05-080, Paragraph C, requires patrons to provide "accurate and complete information and documentation" when lawfully requested. Does this mean Metro will require documentation from the undocumented? Shades of Arizona. Paragraph F in the same section contains Metro's dress code, requiring patrons to wear a shirt, pants or skirt, and shoes. No blouses, robes, nuns' habits, or burkas? |
