Yes, those are definitely former Chicago and Northwestern, or Rock Island Gallery cars. Unfortunately I lost the numbers of the Metra cars that correspond with the Nashville cars. But they should all be of the flat-sided, eight window cars built sometime between 1960 and 1970 and numbered somewhere between 7500 up to 7800, with the cab cars from the 8700 series. I believe all of the Music City Star cars are former C&NW cars, but again I can't confirm that cause I can't find the numbers.

In any event the Nippon Sharyos look quite radically different at the car ends, with the taller windows coming much closer to the end of the carbody. It's difficult to see, but in the photo below the lead car is a Nippon Sharyo, while the trailers are older Pullman/St Louis cars of the type MCS purchased from Metra.
