There have always been White people on every Eastern Division line. Besides the (M), the (J)had White customers heading to Woodhaven and the (L) had many white customers heading for Canarsie. Both neighborhoods were very into the '90s.What is true is that outside of rush-hour you never/rarely would see white people on many lines particularly the (C) and the Brooklyn IRT. But during peak hours you would always see white customers on every line. |
