The bottom line is that there is NO law against it. Paul and others should read The Photographers Rights flyer published by an attorney.Permissible Subjects Despite misconceptions to the contrary, the following subjects can almost always be photographed lawfully from public places: accident and fire scenes children celebrities bridges and other infrastructure residential and commercial buildings industrial facilities and public utilities transportation facilities (e.g., airports) Superfund sites criminal activities law enforcement officers The only time a photograph of a child may be considered "perverted" is if it were to focus on certain body parts (even if clothed). These pictures do not meet that criteria. |
