I've heard of quite a few people being told not to take pictures on MARTA property but never being ordered off the property! He was on his way back to the airport to catch a flight after a 3-hour layover and had to take a cab instead. Outrageous! Too bad that he didn't get her name. He's not even going to complain.
About two minutes after I took this picture, I was ordered off the train and out of the MARTA station by a transit employee for taking pictures on “MARTA property.” Since I was already running behind on time and was in danger of missing my flight back home, I didn’t want to challenge her authority or provoke her into detaining me, and possibly get arrested in the process. Luckily I was able to catch a cab to the airport (in rush hour) from where I was (College Park ) in enough time to get through security, access the right terminal and board my flight 15 minutes before it took off….
