Besides that, they don't have any equipment that can run at 110 mph, never mind the bathroom and seating issues. Pity about the Old Main. That still could stand more rebuilding, and could be even higher speed than nowadays, if we had more rational standards vis-à-vis tilt-train service and track classes. |
