If you were in my position, would you wanna do that?????Given that your employer is cutting services due to declining tax revenues from its dedicated and state & local funded sources, the choice is either for the employees (management, back office, and front line) to take a wage/salary and benefit cut of some type, watch fares go up while service frequency decreases, or increase current tax rates or even create new tax revenue streams. Or do you have a better solution? :-) |
