The Peekskill crossing you refer to is Hudson Avenue, immediately north of the Peekskill Train Station.And job loss is the least of that trucker's problems. If the insurance company only covers a certain amount of damage costs, HE, the trucker, will have responsibility for the rest on his own!! Not to mention he is facing misdemeanor charges, so he will have financial, legal and criminal matters to address!! Small price to pay for major league stupidity. |
