You're not getting both a M/V combo and a rush hour south Brooklyn to Chambers St. service.

For one thing, you won't have enough 4 car units (NYCT has plans to get rid of old tech R32/42) and secondly what do you do with those crews on your rush hour only service the rest of their work day?
