Tis true, look at lines like the 7 and the L and the 4 and the 1 which each run 2-4-5 min headways at the peak of the rush. You can be an interval behind in terms of lateness and still be "on time". Translation a clogged yet on time railroad.4 min for on time, now thats insane. I wonder what the stats would be if it was 4 min. |
