Although the original plan for the IRT Nostrand Av Line was to extend it straight down Nostrand as far as Emmons Av, in the mid 197s, the plan was revised to have the extension routed down Flatbush Av S/O the Flatbush terminus to the Kings Plaza shopping mall. |
