And re-opening the old SF station for the 5 is what I would do.As noted in another post in this thread, I would also if possible build a stairwell that would allow for the short platform at Bowling Green to be re-activated so the shuttle between BG and SF can operate during peak hours, with the 5 taking over when not running to Brooklyn and the 6 running to SF during overnights, and earlier (and possible all times on weekends) if it does not interfere with the 4/5 at that time. |
