They do not use Trains to wash stations any more. Just like they don't use a train to collect the money. Both are rubber tired trucks, the wash trucks are just high powered water. CTA's assigned run hoses down to the plats and spray high pressure water on the walls and plats. They use a detergent (don't know what) as well. |
