This is why we need a change in our nation's laws. If someone files a lawsuit like this, the judge should have the right to force them to pay the defendant’s legal expenses if the jury verdict is 'not guilty'.It's called tort reform, and conservatives have been trying to pass it for decades. Like labor unions, trial attorneys have the Democrats bought and paid for, so good luck! |
