It's about time!I hope it passes, and those agencies that don't shape up, will have there system safety handled for them. It's to bad so many people had to die over the same number of years. Maybe soon, NYCT employees will NOT be encouraged to respond to active trackways alone, and without an absolute block in place. Michael |
