How do we know those will be the same demands come 2012-'13, when the Culver Viaduct project will be complete?I don't recall any plans to relocate the Financial District, Penn Station and/or PABT in the near future. So I'd say it one more time. You're cutting service where it's most needed (PABT, NYP <-> Financial District) and adding service where demand is less. |
