I am sure these condos were cheaper than elsewhere in the neighborhood.On that, I'm not as sure, at least the original prices. (As an aside, because developers often have to obtain the approval of their creditors on the project to discount, some/many? prices haven't changed very much). But anyway, they each bought into what they bargained for. Sour grapes came later. |
