I don't think any remedy at the yard should come out of the MTA funds (taxpayers). It should be the people in the building that pay for anything necessary. Why should the LIRR/tapayers foot the bill for their own foolishness? I am sure these condos were cheaper than elsewhere in the neighborhood. |
